This study explains show a business with good logistics can keep track of product shipments and move products or information quickly. The aim is to meet customer demands while still making a satisfactory profit. Logistics means having the right thing at the right place, at the right time. Companies today place greater emphasis on logistics because; customer service and satisfaction has become the cornerstone of marketing strategy. Logistics is a major cost element for most companies.
