Also monitor the enterprises no corrupts, no take bribe, and monitor govt too. Lend out money to help cash flow no.1, expand not so quick, enterprise expand need find the right people to help the proprietor, must be gradual, recruited, take time to know their loyalty, honesty, good character, good abilities, then can expand and let them look after the expansion. Proprietor cannot look after so big areas. Hence good character , honesty, abilities all management and staff must have. Do not recruit based on same political thought, depend on good character, honesty, moral. These good people must be loyal to ruler, all colleagues and all Chinese people , even to enemy security law people. Just like me, good to all .
