KWUST 2025 Conference Proceedings
The 7th Kiriri Women’s University of Science and Technology International Interdisciplinary Research Conference (KWUST 2025) brought together researchers, academicians, scholars, practitioners, and other stakeholders to share research findings, perspectives, and innovative ideas addressing contemporary challenges and opportunities across the African continent.
The conference was held on 31 July–1 August 2025 under the theme “Digital Transformation, Sustainable Innovations and Development in the African Continent.” The conference explored interdisciplinary research and emerging perspectives across areas including transformative organizational models, competency-based education, digital entrepreneurship, climate change and smart habitats, data-driven strategy, gender-responsive policy, sustainable community development, hospitality and tourism innovations, ethical artificial intelligence, and hybrid learning models.
This volume presents the KWUST 2025 Conference Proceedings, bringing together the scholarly contributions presented at the conference. The proceedings provide a platform for disseminating research findings, academic perspectives, and innovative approaches relevant to digital transformation, sustainable innovation, education, business, technology, governance, community development, and other multidisciplinary areas.
The publication contributes to the wider dissemination of research and knowledge emerging from the conference and provides researchers, academics, policymakers, practitioners, and other interested readers with access to the scholarly contributions presented during KWUST 2025.
